Syncing to Atomic Time
By default Windows XP sync’s to Atomic Time using the Date and Time Control Panel. To change your Internet time server or to another Network Time Protocol (NTP) Server simply change the Server under the Internet Time tab (in the control panel).
There are many public servers available for you to access - pick a server closest to you.
